At Tower Tandoori, the cuisine for our a la carte menu has always been a work in progress. This may sound like a cliche, but for 35 years we have drawn our culinary inspirations ranging from Anglo-Indian Classics to Authentic Moghul Masterpieces and everything in between.

We like to think that the food at the Tower Tandoori is a little bit different. We still use a traditional, charcoal fired tandoor, which was first lit in September 1978 and is still smouldering away. This makes our tandoori food just that little bit more refined. But we would like you to be the judge of that!

Summer 2003 saw a revolutionary change in the Tower Tandoori timeline with the introduction of the third generation family members. They were excited to mark their own stamp on the legacy; Suhel and Emon decided to invite guest chefs to experiment and introduce regional cuisine from the subcontinent.

The menu was transformed now reflecting the cultural diversity of India, with influences from Parsi, Goan, Bengali, Nepalese and Gujarati cooking styles. (Click here to see the a la carte menu)
